Arackal will always provide a schedule and deliverables on a timely and regular basis, thus ensuring that our clients are continuously informed and on top of all aspects of their projects at all stages of a project or service life-cycle. Everything is done in a manner that is pre-approved by our clients and Arackal ensures that our clients are well informed about all aspects of a project throughout its life-cycle

  Q. What is Arackal's software product support policy?  

A. We support the current version of our products plus 2 versions back. Any version before that is not supported. We may, however, at our own discretion, attempt to support older product versions, but there is no guarantee that we can resolve issues related to outdated products or provide updates. We do recommend that our clients keep the product(s) on their systems up to date. We will assist you with your upgrades. For clients that have support contracts with Arackal, in addition to being able to obtain phone and e-mail support from us, they also have access to product updates and upgrades. If our clients need the current version of the product, they can send an e-mail request to support@arackal.com be happy to send the latest version of the product to them.
