What is Arackal's software product support policy? |

We support the current version of our products plus 2 versions back.
Any version before that is not supported. We may, however, at our own
discretion, attempt to support older product versions, but there is no
guarantee that we can resolve issues related to outdated products or provide
updates. We do recommend that our clients keep the product(s) on their
systems up to date. We will assist you with your upgrades. For clients
that have support contracts with Arackal, in addition to being able to
obtain phone and e-mail support from us, they also have access to product
updates and upgrades. If our clients need the current version of the
product, they can send an e-mail request to
